Gion A. Caminada

Gion A. Caminada lives and works in Vrin, where he runs an architectural practice. Since 2010, he is also a professor for architecture and design at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH). Considerable attention was paid, inter alia, to his works in his hometown Vrin, where he created the communal and design planning, but also realized several barns, residential and public buildings, inter alia the mortuary at the church. Caminada has received multiple accolades for his work, for example the Grisons cultural award (Bündner Kulturpreis) in 2011.
